In einer herzlichen und geselligen Atmosph\u00e4re fand am 30. Juni im Gastronomiebereich Lettinis in D\u00fcsseldorf ein Abend statt, der ganz im Zeichen von Authentizit\u00e4t, Qualit\u00e4t und Nachhaltigkeit stand: den charakteristischen Merkmalen des San-Daniele-Schinkens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Veranstaltung hat es erm\u00f6glicht, dem deutschen Markt das neue Projekt der EU-Verordnung 1144 vorzustellen, das sich der F\u00f6rderung nachhaltiger Praktiken im Bereich des San Daniele DOP widmet, einem Symbol f\u00fcr nachhaltige Exzellenz in der europ\u00e4ischen Agrar- und Ern\u00e4hrungswirtschaft. Neben der Darstellung der tiefen Verbundenheit zwischen dem San-Daniele-Schinken und seinem Herkunftsort wurden auch die Ma\u00dfnahmen des Konsortiums im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit zum Schutz der Umwelt, des Produkts und der Menschen vorgestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
