Oktober 2025 nimmt das Konsortium des San Daniele-Schinkens am<strong><em> COOK Fest<\/em><\/strong> teil, dem Food Festival der Zeitung <em>Corriere della Sera<\/em>, das dieses Jahr von <strong>Freitag, dem 24. bis Sonntag, dem 26. Oktober in den Cavallerizze des Nationalen Wissenschaft- und Technikmuseums Leonardo da Vinci<\/strong> (Via Olona 4, Mailand) stattfinden wird. Das Thema dieser Ausgabe: \u201c<strong>Comfort food, Essen, das gl\u00fccklich macht<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In diesem Zusammenhang wird das Konsortium nicht nur \u00fcber die Einzigartigkeit des San Daniele-Schinkens g.U. berichten, sondern auch \u00fcber ihren Weg hin zu einer <strong>umfassenden Nachhaltigkeit<\/strong>, die die <strong>Umwelt, das Produkt und die Menschen einbezieht<\/strong>.mit einb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">Zwei Termine, um \u00fcber ein konkretes Engagement zu berichten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung werden <strong>zwei Treffen<\/strong> organisiert, um ausf\u00fchrlicher \u00fcber die Ma\u00dfnahmen zu informieren, die die Abteilung gerade umsetzt, um die Umweltbelastung zu reduzieren, bew\u00e4hrte Praktiken in der Produktionskette zu f\u00f6rdern und das Human Capital und den kulturellen Wert des San Daniele-Gebiets im Friaul aufzuwerten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">Nat\u00fcrliche Exzellenz, europ\u00e4ische Nachhaltigkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Engagement der Sparte ist Teil einer gro\u00dfen Vision im Austausch mit den Zielen der EU f\u00fcr den \u00f6kologischen Wandel und die F\u00f6rderung einer nachhaltigeren Landwirtschaft und Lebensmittelproduktion.
