Avec un fouet ou une fourchette, \u00e9crasez la courge et laissez refroidir. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissolvez la levure dans de l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de. Dans un bol, mettez les deux farines, le sucre, l\u2019huile, la pur\u00e9e de courge, la levure et l\u2019eau restante et commencez \u00e0 p\u00e9trir. Ajoutez le sel et 25 g de graines de courge et p\u00e9trissez \u00e0 nouveau. Couvrez la p\u00e2te et laissez-la lever pendant 1 heure, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle double de volume.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9gonflez la p\u00e2te, \u00e9talez-la avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pour obtenir un rectangle aussi long que le moule \u00e0 cake (25&#215;11 cm env.), enroulez-la sur elle-m\u00eame et placez-la dans le moule recouvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Couvrez et laissez lever \u00e0 nouveau pendant 1 heure. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chauffez le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Badigeonnez le pain tranch\u00e9 avec un peu de lait, saupoudrez de graines de courge restantes et des graines de tournesol, couvrez avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9 et faites cuire au four pendant 25 minutes, en abaissant la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirez le papier et continuez la cuisson pendant encore 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9moulez et laissez refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servez avec des tranches de jambon
