l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un petit couteau la partie dure externe des tiges de brocoli et coupez-les en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettez-les dans une po\u00eale avec une goutte d&rsquo;huile, du sel, du curcuma et faites cuire (en ajoutant un demi-verre d&rsquo;eau) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils ramolissent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quand ils sont cuits, m\u00e9langez-les avec les pois chiches et ajoutez la farine de pois chiches et le sel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirez de la p\u00e2te et passez dans la chapelure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites chauffer une plaque avec un filet d&rsquo;huile et faites cuire les Burgers 3\/4 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour le pesto, lavez bien les feuilles et les tiges les plus tendres des carottes. S\u00e9chez-les et placez-les dans le verre du m\u00e9langeur avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de l\u2019huile. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langez pendant quelques secondes pour les hacher grossi\u00e8rement. En continuant \u00e0 mixer, versez l\u2019huile, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un pesto homog\u00e8ne. Ajustez le sel.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Composez vos sandwichs en mettant le pesto \u00e0 la base, puis le burger, deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de ch\u00e8vre frais, quelques feuilles de m\u00e2che
