Un lien qui, dans cette excellence europ\u00e9enne, se renforce et se perp\u00e9tue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche r\u00e9solue et partag\u00e9e de la <strong>durabilit\u00e9 dans tous les domaines : environnemental, alimentaire, \u00e9conomique et social.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9gustation a inaugur\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sentation du projet \u00ab <strong>The sustainability of San Daniele: a concrete path<\/strong> \u00bb, gr\u00e2ce auquel les consommateurs et les professionnels du secteur ont pu d\u00e9couvrir comment les actions de durabilit\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre par le <strong>Consortium du Prosciutto di San Daniele<\/strong> pr\u00e9servent sa saveur, sa tradition s\u00e9culaire et l&rsquo;avenir de sa communaut\u00e9.
